3. Service Usage
ServX acts as a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not responsible for the conduct of any service provider, though we strive to vet all registered professionals.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely. Prices for services are transparently displayed. You typically agree to pay for services upon completion or as per the agreed terms within the app.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the app for any illegal purposes under the laws of Bangladesh, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, harassment, or distribution of harmful content.
6. Limitation of Liability
ServX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement and shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
